Saying you're still young isn't the same as calling you an infant. Twenties is young. I'm not sure why you want it to be considered old, or why young only equates to diapers.

You can appreciate though that your 'long ago' might not be for me, right? Your first love was what, perhaps around ten years ago? That's not long for me. That happens when people are in different periods of their lives. My first love was closer to thirty years ago. We can be a team and you can still seem young to me, because young does not equate to infant automatically. Stop making every discussion into extremes without nuance. Also, going through shit doesn't automatically equate to a long timeline. One person could go through more in one year than another in a lifetime. That doesn't mean shit for 'a long time ago.'
